While Nirvana were in their prime in the early nineties I was just starting primary school, so the full effect of the grunge era never really reached me. But ever since I was old enough to appreciate music, I've always been intrigued by Kurt Cobain and his troubled life and amazing talent. Smells Like Teen Spirit is still one of my favourite songs, as I'm sure it is with most people who grew up during and shortly after the Seatle sound movement.
I'm curently hunting for a vintage Nevermind tee... I remember thinking my cousin was so wierd for wearing a tee shirt with a nakid baby swimming for money on it.
